Anour I-Model Polished Stainless Steel Cordless Light - 100cm / Touch Dimmer / Driver In Ceiling

The I-Model pendant by Danish design brand Anour is one of our favourite linear pendants. Manufactured to the highest standards it looks incredible from every angle and the range of quality finishes, from polished brass to blackened steel, allows customers to blend this beautiful pendant into any scheme. It is the perfect light for over a kitchen island. Strong, even illumination, precise dimming to control mood and brightness and a sleek look that architects drool over. We know it is not cheap but we firmly believe that, for the quality, it actually represents great value for money.

Now for some technical help! We are very aware that lighting can get quite technical. Please don't worry. We live and breathe this everyday and are here to help. Technical stuff

This is the Cordless I-Model. What does that mean? The standard version, like the Cordless version, has two very fine wires, near each end, to carry the weight of the light. The standard version, however, also has a black fabric power cable running from the light to the ceiling. This, the Cordless version, does not have this electrical cable. It just has the two thin hanging wires for a symmetrical, minimal and neat appearance. 

Dimming

You will see that we offer two dimming options for this light.

- Touch dimmer: The light can be supplied with a small touch sensitive disc on the top of the light. Pressing this can dim or brighten the light. This version cannot be used in combination with a wall dimmer switch. A standard on/off switch must be used and the light dimmed at the fitting.

- For wall dimmer: Here the light is supplied to work with a standard LED compatible wall dimmer switch, like our stylish dimmer switches from Buster & Punch

Cabling options

To do away with the power cable the Cordless version does require an external LED driver, a white box approximately 20cm x 4cm. There are two cabling options:

- Visible driver. If you have a solid ceiling or ceiling where you cannot put anything in the void above, you will need this option. However, the LED driver will then be visible on your ceiling. See page 1 of the installation instructions to see how this will look.

- Driver in ceiling. Where there is a void above your ceiling where you can place the LED driver then we can supply a dropped ceiling cabling kit. This is by far the best solution and delivers the perfect, minimal look this light was designed to give. See page 4 of the installation instructions.

We love this light and we have installed it in many beautiful homes. We know that it all sounds complicated but fear not. About your delivery

• We aim to get your items to you as soon as possible.
• For regular sized packages we use an overnight courier company, usually either DPD or APC.
• For oversized, heavy or awkward packages a more bespoke delivery service will be provided.
• Once your order has been despatched, you will receive a tracking link by email so you can follow your delivery to your door.
• Free Delivery offer only applies to UK mainland purchases. We reserve the right to make additional charges for overseas deliveries and for remote parts of the UK, including Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Shetland, and the Highlands.

What happens when I order?

• If your order is in stock, you should have your item(s) within 3-5 days of placing your order, but please note there can be a small increase in delivery time during busy periods.
• Free Click & Collect is available from all of our showroom locations and from our warehouse in Ludlow. This can be selected as an option within our checkout. PLEASE NOTE: Stock is not held in our stores and your order will need to be transferred from our warehouse to the relevant store - this can take 4-8 days. For in stock items, the fastest way to receive your order is to have it delivered directly to you.

Returns

• All goods can be returned within 30 days of delivery if they do not meet your requirements.
• Returned goods must be returned with all parts, packaging, and instructions in perfect condition for a refund to be issued.
• The customer is responsible for selecting a suitable means of returning the goods to us. For any questions, please contact: customerservice@hollowaysofludlow.com
• Once we receive your order a refund can take up to 14 days to be visable in your account.
