Holloways of Ludlow was founded in the beautiful market town of Ludlow in Shropshire. In the early years the business focussed on Architectural salvage, saving beautiful fireplaces, bathroom fittings, door knobs, stained glass and much more from short sighted developers.
During this time we developed a deep understanding of the skills and quality craftsmanship of 19th and early 20th century British manufacturing. Whilst many of these skills have been lost there are still small producers making lovely items for the home using traditional techniques and materials.
Our Ludlow Utility range celebrates these skills and pulls together light fittings and home accessories that offer great value for money, that look great and are made to last. Whilst they might not last quote as long as Ludlow Castle, started in 1066 after the Norman invasion, we know that these selected items will be both useful and look great for many years to come.
